This cause coming on for hearing on July 29, 1999, upon Petitioner=s Motion to Transfer and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised, it is

ORDERED:

1. That the Clerk of the Court of Alachua County, Florida, forthwith transfer the Petition for Annulment of Adoption filed herein on June 7, 1999, and all papers subsequently filed in said Case No.: 1999-02008-AM/DIVISION: H to a file in said Clerk=s Office numbered and identified as Case No.: 6815-C. All of such papers, including this Order, shall be identified as a part of the file numbered and identified as Case No.: 6815-C.

2. That the Clerk of Court, having complied with paragraph 1 hereof, shall forthwith close and void the file identified as Case No.: 1999-02008-AM/DIVISION H.
