PETITIONER'S MOTION TO UNSEAL ADOPTION RECORDS

 

 

COMES NOW, the Petitioner, MICHAEL EDWARD CHALEK, and requests that the Court enter an order UNSEAL ADOPTION RECORDS and for grounds says:

 

  1. Birth Mother wanted to register my birth in either her married name or her maiden name. Mrs. Fielding (adoption broker) would not allow this and my birth was registered in a purely fictitious name. The court did nothing to correct my original birth certificate to show the correct information. I was not placed in a good home. During my growing up I was sexually and physically abused by both adoptive parents.

 

 

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests the Court to enter an order granting the Motion to UNSEAL ADOPTION RECORDS.
